Eliseo Becerra brings over 20 years of leadership experience, including 15 years dedicated to healthcare operations and compliance. His career reflects a deep passion for enhancing patient experiences while fostering workplace practices that promote employee engagement and well-being. Eliseo excels at building infrastructure that empowers organizations to leverage data effectively, ensuring measurable success and the establishment of robust safety standards. His projects have included aligning organizational goals with industry standards and advancing the behavioral health field, notably through the development of patient experience survey tools and tracking Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment outcomes against national benchmarks.
Eliseo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Jose State University, with a concentration in organizational behavior, and an MBA in Health Administration from the University of Colorado. He further honed his leadership skills through the CIBHS Behavioral Health Leadership Academy, equipping him to oversee multi-modality service lines for a nonprofit organization effectively.
